Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

The apartment includes a modern bathroom, giving you the flexibility to relax or refresh after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and a convenient washer/dryer machine is also included for your laundry needs.

By Car:

From Newcastle or the A1(M): Take the A692 west toward Consett. Follow the A692 through Rowlands Gill and Shotley Bridge, and continue into Consett. Turn onto Medomsley Road, then onto Derwent Street. Follow signs for Metcalfe Road, and the property is located within easy reach.

From Durham: Take the A691 north toward Consett. At the junction with the A692, turn left and continue into Consett town center. Turn onto Medomsley Road, then onto Derwent Street, and follow signs for Metcalfe Road.

By Public Transport:

From Newcastle: Take a bus from Newcastle Eldon Square (such as Go North East's X45 or X46) directly to Consett Bus Station. From the bus station, Metcalfe Road is about a 10-minute walk or a short taxi ride.

From Durham: Take a bus from Durham Bus Station (such as the Go North East 15 or 16) to Consett Bus Station. Follow the same instructions as above.

By Bus:

Local Go North East services, including the X45, X46, and 15/16 routes, provide direct connections to Consett from surrounding areas. From Consett Bus Station, Metcalfe Road is easily accessible by foot or a quick taxi ride.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
