Just beside it, you will find a covered but open area, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors without sacrificing comfort. There you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a built-in barbecue, perfect for preparing everything from relaxed lunches to long dinners with friends or family. This space becomes the heart of the estate on sunny days, with direct access to the pool and views of the natural surroundings.



The interior of the house is designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment.
