Outside, the protagonist is undoubtedly the swimming pool, surrounded by trees, sun and calm. Just next to it, you will find a covered but open area, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors without giving up comfort. There you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a brick barbecue, perfect for preparing everything from relaxed lunches to long dinners with friends or family. This space becomes the heart of the estate on sunny days, with direct access to the pool and views of the natural surroundings.
