Péssimo site.

Tive confirmação da reserva por e mail mas só fui avisada que foi cancelada a hospedagem 2 horas antes do check in. Estava preparada pra ir ao local quando recebi o cancelamento da estadia. Foi descontado no meu cartão e ainda não fui estornada. Não tem um canal de atendimento e não responderam as mensagens que enviei. Péssimo atendiMento!!!
