Enjoy the 27-hole Panorama Golf Course or stop in for some lunch and cocktails at the Clubhouse (open to the public). Just a few minutes to Lake Conroe and the Downtown Conroe Entertainment District. The Woodlands is nearby for abundant shopping and exquisite restaurants. Boat, Jet Ski & SUP rental and Lake Conroe access nearby. There's so much do here. This unique place has a style all its own that you will love! The neighborhood is pretty quiet, not a lot of traffic but you will likely hear cars go by, lawn services, birds chirping, the AC running, an airplane may fly over, and there are dogs nearby.
