Lovely property and quiet location.

We spent a week in this lovely house. It was lovely and very quiet location. We enjoyed looking at the stars from our rooftop terrace every night. The property was spotless and Fran was really helpful and welcoming. If you don’t mind driving to town or the beach and stay off the beaten track you will be happy with this lovely place.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem etwas außerhalb von Conil gelegenen Wohngebiet mit Ferienhäuser. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und immer zu erreichen. Zu den vielen sehr schönen Stränden in der Umgebung und nach Conil sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu fahren. Viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung wie Cadiz oder Vejer sind ebenfalls per Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Muchas gracias Teresa y Fran

Nous avons passé en famille 2 semaines très agréables dans cette maison fonctionnelle et très propre. La terrasse de coté est très appréciable pour manger dehors. De plus, il y a un joli verger autour de la maison avec des orangers, figuier et poirier. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme et arboré à 4 kms de la plage de Conil (10 mn maxi en voiture); plage qui est très belle. Les propriétaires sont très sympath et viennent de temps en temps s'assurer que le séjour se passe bien; ils nous ont même apporté des légumes, des olives! Je recommande cette location. Seule amélioration à prévoir : une table plus grande sur la terrasse (il y a juste une table de bar mais il y a une table à l'intérieur également) et que la TV fonctionne correctement (quelques chaines seulement ....même si on peut s'en passer en vacances!!!)..

Perfect recreation in a quiet surrounding

We enjoyed it very much to stay in this cosy house, close to the beach (8 min by car), and a little apart to the tourists and the noises of Conil. The only noises you hear are the birds and the whispering of the wind in the pines. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with a lot of orange trees. Teresa and Fran are really lovely, always there if help is needed. We really will go there again to have a rest and a timeout of the daily work routine to find the recreation again that we enjoyed so much. Thanks a lot!
