This lovely, brand new house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The lounge-diner is fitted with air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all that you may need during your stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bathroom.

In the exterior area there is a garden area with a waterfall pool, and a lawn with artificial grass. The porch is furnished and there is also a covered barbecue area where you will find an exterior toilet.



LOCATION



The small town of El Colorado and all its services is around two kilometres from the house, while the centre of Conil is around eight kilometres.



This holiday home has a great location, the beach is 10 minutes drive away, and the town centre only five minutes.

Holiday homes in Conil de la Frontera are very in demand in peak season, as well as at other times of the year.

Between May and October the town´s population swells and there is a lively buzz on the streets, and year round you can enjoy the pleasant climate that favours the Costa de la Luz.



There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.

Comfortable house - Nice stay

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gemütlich, und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit neuen Geräten. Das Haus liegt mitten auf dem Land und ist daher sehr ruhig. Einzig der Wasserfall am Pool ist viel zu laut und geht zu oft an. Manoli, die Eigentümerin, spricht zwar nur Spanisch, ist aber sehr nett und super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. The house is very clean, nicely furnished & decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances. The house is located outside of Conil, right in the country, and is therefore very quiet. Only the waterfall at the pool is far too loud and comes on too often. Manoli, the owner, speaks only Spanish, but is very nice and super friendly. We will definitely come back! La casa está muy limpia, bien decorada y acogedora, y la cocina está muy bien equipada con todas las nuevas aplicaciones. La casa está ubicada fuera de Conil, justo en el campo y, por lo tanto, es muy tranquila. Solo la cascada en la piscina es demasiado ruidosa y con demasiada frecuencia. Manoli, el propietario, solo habla español, pero es muy agradable y súper amable. Volveremos definitivamente. Thomas & Anette
