House of 90 m2 built in 2010 and located in a privileged place, (15 min walk from the beach and 10 min from the town center), devoid of noise, where the most annoying is the sound of birds singing.
It consists of:
2 rooms: one main with a double bed and the other smaller with two single beds.
1 bathroom with large shower plate (two people), brand new.
1 living room - dining room
1 kitchen, fully furnished and new.
The house has free WIFI.
Plot of 480m2, with private parking for 4/5 cars.
Small garden of 60m2, where you can taste the food grown there for free.
Small circular pool of 3x3 meters wide and 1 meter high, to enjoy relaxing or to have fun playing in the hottest hours when you do not feel like going to the beach.
Large porch for afternoon dsifrute and barbecues.

Everything you need and more, for the enjoyment of a good vacation.

Para repetir!!!

Encantados con el trato de Antonio y su mujer, son unas personas maravillosas y la casa espectacular muy bien equipada y súper fresca, muy importante para el calor q hacía en la calle, con su piscina a punto para llegar y meternos cuando nos apetecía. Esta muy bien ubicada con súper mercados y farmacia, restaurantes.., andando a un paso de la playa y del centro de conil. De 10 todo. Mil gracias por la hospitalidad y repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Estupenda estancia

Todo ha sido positivo. Desde el check-in hasta la salida. Los propietarios son muy agradables y te despejan cualquier duda que pueda surgirte. Todo ha estado genial; la comunicación con los propietarios, la estancia, la piscinita para refrescarte, el poder aparcar dentro de la casa, la barbacoa, la mesa en la terraza... ¡Todo! Ah y nos han dejado muy amablemente salir más tarde de lo acordado. Lo recomendamos y repetiremos cuando podamos. Gracias 😊

Estancia agradable en Conil

Estuvimos pasando unos días en Conil a mediados de Agosto, disfrutando de esta propiedad. Los dueños fueron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier problema que surgiera. El único inconveniente es que la propiedad está un poco alejada del centro pero a cambio se disfruta de mucha tranquilidad. Un acierto sin duda y muy recomendable.

Encantadisimos con nuestra estancia

Días de desconexion total en una casa espectacular y preciosa, un lugar en el que te sientes como en tu propia casa, todo cuidado al detalle. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y relajarse, tanto en la terraza como en la piscina. La atención de Antonio como de su pareja, espectacular. Volveremos sin dudarlo, recomendadisimo al 200%.

La experiencia muy buena, los dueños muy majos y atentos, tuvimos un "problemilla" con la piscina y enseguida nos lo solucionaron, el único pero es que está un poco apartada, pero lo bueno es que estás alejado del bullicio del pueblo, que os aseguro es bastante ruidoso, ah!!! La casa tiene de todo, nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa

Quincena magnifica

Alojamiento perfecto para estancia con familia de hasta 4 personas. Casa situada en lugar muy tranquilo que permite un comodisimo y corto desplazamiento andando hasta el pueblo en si. Esta perfectamente equipada, la encontramos limpisima y su piscina permite refrescarse cómodamente en los momentos de mas calor. Cuando el año que viene tengan a punto las novedades que nos comentaron que quieren realizar, sera un alojamiento aun mas top de lo que es hoy en dia. Magnifico trato recibido por los dueños y personas muy amables en todo momento. Seguro que en un futuro nos volvemos a ver. Un placer haber conocido y disfrutado de este alojamiento

Buena casa

La casa está muy bien construida, de tal manera que es fresca y no hemos necesitado encender el aire acondicionado. Hay parking privado. Está a menos de 10 minutos de la playa en coche y hemos aparcado bien allí todos los días. La piscina es pequeña pero hace bien su función de refrescar. Las camas son cómodas. La cocina tiene de todo. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto. Los propietarios son encantadores y han estado atentos a todo.. Yo recomendaría a mis amigos y familiares que alquilasen esta casa.

La casa está ubicada a las afueras del pueblo, pero al ser un pueblo tiene bastante cerca todo tipo de servicios y el centro del pueblo a 15/20 min andando. Es muy amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario, los dueños son encantadores. Repetiremos en cuanto podamos.

La casa parecia un poco más grande en las fotos del anuncio, pero aun asi estaba muy bien, muy limpia y agradable. La unica pega que le pondria es la falta de enseres en la cocina, apenas habia vasos, tazas, copas, etc. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
