Situated on a spacious plot with a beautiful garden filled with various trees and flowers, it's the perfect spot to enjoy nature in a peaceful and secure environment. In front of the house, surrounded by lawn, there's a 6x4-meter swimming pool with loungers, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing under umbrellas. The pool area is fully fenced for safety.
The covered porch is equipped with garden tables, a picnic area, and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying pleasant outdoor evenings. The entire plot is fenced for privacy and security, with ample parking space available. The house is only 1.5 kilometers from the nearest beach (a 5-minute drive) in a quiet area, perfect for unwinding and resting.
