Cosy and charming rustic holiday home with a private pool, situated on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera.

Maximum capacity is for four people.

The property consists of two bedrooms, both of which have a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, independent kitchen equipped with everything that you may need during your stay, lounge-diner and porch.

Excellent and private location which shares the entrance track with only one neighbour. It's located less than five minutes from the beaches and coves of Roche, and only seven minutes from Conil de la Frontera.



This area is a great year round destination thanks to the mild climate, the busiest and lively season is from May to October, but you will never be short of things to do at any time of year.

Schöne kleine Finca bei bessere Pflege könnte man auch besser bewerten. Die Fliegengitter sind alle löchrig u. im Bad wenig Stauraum. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden aber keine Deutschen Sender. Abwicklung durch die Agentur etwas kompliziert Bsp. Anzahlung per Kreditkarte Rest Vorort in Bar dazu aber keine richtige Info gehabt. Die Besitzerin Maria ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.
