Bungalow situated in a complex of three properties with a shared pool, in the Conil de la Frontera area, very close to the commercial area of El Colorado where there are supermarkets, chemists, bars, restaurants, a bank and health centre
The beaches and coves of Roche are just ten minutes drive away.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. In the lounge there is also a sofa bed for individual use, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Air conditioning is included.
Outside there is a covered porch, barbecue and stone table. Communal areas are a swimming pool, large garden, football pitch and sun loungers.
The perfect choice of accommodation for families or groups of friends, its location is ideal for exploring the province of Cádiz and its towns and cities, for example that of Vejer, the beautiful white hilltop town, which is 20 minutes drive away.
