Bungalow situated in a complex of three properties in Conil de la Frontera, very close to the commercial area of El Colorado, where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants cash machine, chemist and a health centre.
It's the perfect choice for families or groups of friends who wish to stay in a rural area, but with everything within easy reach by car.

EQUIPMENT

Two bedroom property, one of which has a double bed and the other with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and a bathroom. There is a covered porch, barbecue and stone table.
In the shared communal exterior area there is a garden, football pitch, pool and sun loungers.
