Estuvimos 1 semana en este alojamiento y lo hemos valorado con una estrella por diversos motivos. - El ventilador del salón está averiado - El otro ventilador de la habitación funciona pero tiene el palo sujetador roto - Uno de los cajones de la habitación de las dos camas está roto - Hemos observado que hay una gran multitud de hormigas por la casa. - Hay una olla que está calcinada por dentro. - Faltan toallas de baño para secarse. - No hay esponja para fregar los platos y cubiertos. - Hemos visto encima del armario de la habitación unos trozos de pan de pizza (obviamente no lo hemos tocado). - ⁠Hemos probado la ducha y había papel en un rincón de la ducha. - ⁠no hay sofá cama que inicialmente nos dijeron que había. - ⁠el patio huele a que no se ha limpiado en bastante tiempo. - ⁠no hay techo en las habitaciones, por lo que se escucha el ruido de todo lo que pasa en el resto de la casa - el apartamento está ubicado en la calle donde se ubican los principales bares y discotecas . Este es el motivo por el cual no se puede dormir. Estamos profundamente decepcionados por todas las incidencias que hemos notado en menos de un día de estancia. Hemos pagado una cantidad de dinero sumamente generosa, y no cumple para nada las expectativas que ofertaban desde la agencia donde lo hemos adquirido.

Solche Appartement darf nicht in die Anzeige-Liste aufgenommen werden! Es schadet alle Beteiligten!

Versifft, schimmelt, überall in der Küche und Badezimmer, wo man anfasst, hat man das Gefühl, man muss sie reinigen! Amaisen am Boden, motten fliegen überall, die Zimmers sind dunkel, und wenn man Licht anmacht, ist es so grell. Das alle unverständliches ist, dass der Vermieter kein Toilettenpapier, kein bisschen Spülmittel, nicht ein Stück schwamm zum putzen hinterlassen hat. Die sozusagen sauberen Handtücher sind mit schwarzen schleimigen Spuren behaftet. Salz oder Zucker gehören nicht unbedingt zum Standard einer Ferienwohnung, aber ich habe bisher keine erlebt, dass die Besitzer ein Bisschen da gelassen hat. Nur hier, nichts! Es gibt einen induktionsherd, schließlich habe ich einen Topf gefunden, der Induktion-fähig ist. Ob Teewasser kochen oder eine fertige Suppe aufwärmen, ich musste ständig den Topf spülen für den nächsten Zweck. Diese Ferienwohnung darf nicht auf dem Markt angeboten werden!
