Access by outside staircase, on a glazed airlock, living room with fitted kitchen, lounge (double sofa bed), WC with washbasin. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160x200cm and a second with 2 single beds 80x190cm. Shower room with WC. Electric heating in supplement. On-site parking, courtyard and wooden terrace. Land not adjoining. On site, hiking trails with fitness trails. To see, the Gorges de la Valserine and its natural river, Menthières: ski resort 19 km, Lake Genin (little Canada) 20 km, and Geneva 40 km. In a calm and peaceful environment
