Come enjoy the country air in Conesus and leave feeling renewed! The pool, hot tub and sauna are open for the summer!
We are nestled amongst the pine trees of our family’s Christmas tree farm. The large second floor covered deck offers a view of Conesus Lake in the distance, as well as a view of our pasture and the hills of the southern tier. See The handcrafted wooden front porch offers a great place for morning coffee in the sun as well as a great grilling place which is right off of the kitchen. The spacious second floor back deck is off of the living room and has a covered roof which is great for entertaining. There is a large area for dining as well as having a hot tub and a deck level with the pool. Inside there is an infrared sauna.
We are close to Conesus and Hemlock lakes, wineries, breweries, Bristol Ski Mountain, Letchworth State Park, and Stoney Brook State Parks.

BUGS - FILTHY
When we arrived, there were bugs everywhere. Every room had live and dead bugs everywhere! I contacted the owner and he was slow to reply. I have pics of everything. Dead bugs on every floor and window. Live bugs on every window, walls and ceiling.
He said he would resolve the next day based on our schedule, but everything was the same the next day and I let him know. We had to kill flies for hours and clean up bugs everywhere for 3 days. The owner did little to resolve and refused to refund us any of the overall payments. Do not waste your time here.
The owner said our group was the problem when we cleaned his house better than he provided it.
Many of our members left because of the situation at hand. Terrible stay!

Nice cottage near Conesus Lake
Howard and Laura's cottage is everything as described. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities and very clean. I have only one complaint and that is the grill didn't work well and needed a major cleaning. But would highly recommend this cottage for families and couples wanting to explore Conesus Lake.

Family adventure
I don’t think I could give this place enough stars. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views were incredible. It was so peaceful. My family had such a good time we hope to come back again next year!

As the title says...."Country Living at its Best"
A beautiful place to stay. The porches are very relaxing and quiet with plenty of space around the home inside and out to enjoy while you take in the finger lakes. Clean with plenty of kitchen and bath supplies if you forget something.
