Through the driveway look for the sign for "JR's Garage". Open the gate into a private patio space. The beautiful barn doors open up to the guest house living-space.
Walk-in and leave your shoes at the door, since little fingers touch our floors and rugs.
Living room is equipped with 55" smart TV, with a wall mount that turns up to a 45 degree angle. A dinning table seats 4 people comfortably.
2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom with full size shower, modern sink and toilet.
The fully stocked modern kitchen opens up to the backyard which is shared with the occupants in the main home. Please share respectfully.
There are ring doorbell cameras at the gate entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the gate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.
