Hotel novo e em perfeitas condições. Fiquei de emergência por não ter conseguido chegar a Itaunas por conta da chuva e fui surpreedido por um hotel excelente. Otima estadia. Recomendo fortemente para quem for a Conceição da Barra.

Melhor hotel de Conceição da Barra. Ótima Localização. A cidade está muito bem cuidada. O novo calçadão está muito bonito. A cidade, muito limpa e a população local sempre acolhedora e hospitaleira. Indico e espero retornar.

Poderia ser uma hospedagem muito melho

Hotel é o melhor da região. Entretanto, presenciamos em nosso quarto uma barata e lagartixa, foi frustrante, além de trabalhoso convencer minha mulher a pernoitar no hotel. O que presenciamos é prova de que a administração do hotel tem relaxado com a dedetizaçao, que não deve estar em dias.

A estadia foi excelente, cumprimento o profissionalismo do pessoal encarregado de cuidar da limpeza e organização dos quartos impecável. PARABÉNS a todos. Café ótimo.Aspecto com atendimento inadequado foi o serviço da cozinha. Por várias vezes foi solicitado alimentação(lanches, etc), é não fomos atendidos, uma vez o atendente da cozinha falou que não podia atender o pedido solicitado! Outra vez, falaram que a cozinha estava fechada(16h), uma vez que a cozinha estava muito sobrecarregada por causa de um noivado que havia no hotel. No fechamento da conta (consumo), houveram alguns equívocos por parte do hotel.
