Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a 2-hectare garden. Outside - A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 5 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
Communal areas : - A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from late April to late September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Access free of charge. - An enclosed, shared 2-hectare garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

🙁 Kommunikation bei Schlüsselübergabe mangelhaft, da Code für Key-Box falsch, Klärung nach 2 Stunden, Geschirrspüler stark verschmutzt, obwohl angeblich am Morgen kontrolliert wurde. Einrichtung kühl bzw. nüchtern, aber zweckmäßig. Hätten wir die beiden negativen Erlebnisse nicht gehabt, hätte es ein schöner Aufenthalt sein können."
