Go through the door and discover a living area that is both welcoming and sophisticated, open to a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) and enjoys a utility room.



The original parquet flooring has been preserved and makes this accommodation very warm, a hallway serves a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet as well as two lovely rooms.



You have access to a completely fenced garden with a dining area with a grill. A highly valued garden for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif after a beautiful day full of discoveries or enjoying an aperitif.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau. Auf dem Grundstück kann man nicht parken. Es finden sich jedoch problemlos Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. Er hat nur morgens Sonne. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vier Familienhaus. Die Böden sind nicht gut. Schall isoliert. Leute mit einem empfindlichen Schlaf Könnten hier Probleme bekommen. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet mit allen wesentlichen Dingen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur 1,40 m breit. Das Wohnzimmer ist ansprechend . Das Badezimmer hat eine schöne Dusche und ist moderner Standard.
