A nice house in a nice position. No directions sent to find house and no pack of guidelines. We enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Schönes Objekt, gute Einrichtung, toller Garten, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zu StrĂ€nden im SĂŒden wie Norden. Aufenthalt ideal fĂŒr bis zu 5 Personen, die Zweibettzimmer haben wie beschrieben Doppelbetten, insofern muss das auch passen.

Ein schönes, gerĂ€umiges Haus, gut eingerichtet, mit großem Garten, und dem sehr entgegenkommenden Vermieter, der bei einem Problem sofort geholfen hat. Auch die Lage nahe zur FĂ€hre sowie zu einem BĂ€cker und kleinem Supermarkt ist toll, allerdings ist der Verkehr auf der Straße va abends und morgens etwas störend.

Hervorragender Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber mit einem großen Garten in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Es war gut ausgestattet, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Etwas mehr Besteck wĂ€re nĂŒtzlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Séjour agréable dans maison bien située

Maison idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel et trÚs calme, prÚs du ferry de la ville close, à moins de quinze minutes à pied du cÎté commerçant de la ville. TrÚs bonne boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied. Concarneau est trÚs bien pour visiter plusieurs villes et villages touristiques (Quimper, Tregunc, Pont-Aven,...).

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, gute Lage, ruhig

Wir waren im Juni 2023 fĂŒr 2,5 Wochen in Concarneau und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das liegt zu einem großen Teil an der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Wohnsiedlung mit EFH. Es ist vollstĂ€ndig und gut landestypisch eingerichtet. EG großes WZ/EZ, OFF. KĂŒche, Badezimmer. (Dusche + Wanne, sep. WC, Schlafzimmer (140 cm Bett). (1. Et. 2 Schlafzimmer + Bad). Garage mit Platz fĂŒr eigenes Equipment (FahrrĂ€der, RadtrĂ€ger, VorrĂ€te). Es gibt einen Kugelgrill (Holzkohle) und auf der Terrasse 1 runden Esstisch mit StĂŒhlen, eine kleine "Loungeecke" mit 2 Sesseln, Bank und Tischchen. KĂŒche zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, Ceranfeld, Ofen, Mikrowelle, großer KĂŒhlschrank, TK-Schrank, klassische Kaffeemaschine (etwas in die Jahre gekommen, weswegen wir lieber die Nespresso-Kapselmaschine genutzt haben). Der Garten liegt nach SĂŒden, wir hatten ab ca. 11 Uhr bis 21 Uhr Sonne. Zur Beschattung gibt es eine elektrische Markise. Alle RolllĂ€den im Haus sind ohnehin elektrisch. "Strategisch" gesehen liegt das Haus sehr gĂŒnstig. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 10 min. zur FĂ€hrstation der "Bac de Passage" (3 min. Überfahrt in die nette Altstadt "Ville Close", 1 Euro pro Tour/Person). Oder zu Fuß / per Rad durch den echt interessanten Hafen (Werften, Fischverarbeitung) ca. 30 min. bzw. 15 min. in die Stadt. Mit dem Auto 15 min., kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze! Supermarkt 4 Automin., Minimarkt 3 min. zu Fuß, 3 BĂ€ckereien fußlĂ€ufig. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen!

Angenehmes Haus in Toplage

Das wirklich gut ausgestattete Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Man erreicht die stĂ€ndig verkehrende FĂ€hre zur Ville Close in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in ca. 20 Minuten, wenn man durch den Hafen spaziert. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns zu Beginn alles gut erklĂ€rt. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit 2 sonnigen SitzplĂ€tzen, und bei nicht so schönem Wetter, kann man es sich drinnen auch sehr gemĂŒtlich machen. Es ist gerĂ€umig und vor allem auch KĂŒche und Bad bieten viel Platz. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer NĂ€he oder man fĂ€hrt in ca. 5 Minuten zum großen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, sowohl das Haus als auch Concarneau und Umgebung. In der zweiten Woche war es oben unter dem Dach dann ziemlich warm in diesem außergewöhnlichen Sommer, aber dafĂŒr kann ja das Haus nichts.

La maison est bien située, dans un quartier trÚs calme. 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, idéal lorsque l'on est à 5. Grand jardin avec 2 chaises longues. Le WIFI fonctionne bien. Le garage est à disposition pour y stocker des vélos si besoin, mais pas le véhicule.

GerÀumige DH-HÀlfte in ruhigem Wohnviertel

GroßzĂŒgige DH-hĂ€lfte östlich der Altstadt. Großer Garten und Stellplatz vorm Haus. Kleines Manko waren Ameisen, die allerdings vom Vermieter mit Ameisenfallen bekĂ€mpft wurden. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die optimiert werden können, z.B. im unteren Bad (dies ist allerdings komplett neu!) eine AufhĂ€ngung fĂŒr den Duschkopf. Bei den Doppelbetten muss man sich auf eine große Bettdecke einlassen.

Agréable séjour dans grande maison

La maison est vraiment grande et nous a permis, grĂące Ă  ses 3 chambres, de faire dormir notre fils de 9 ans et son cousin ado dans des chambres sĂ©parĂ©es. Grand et trĂšs chouette jardin! Seul bĂ©mol les points lumineux qui n’éclairent pas assez quand le temps est maussade.
