großzĂŒgiges Apartment fĂŒr 2 Personen, 60m2, 4. Etage, alles vorhanden, was man in einer Woche braucht, der Aufzug/Lift war hilfreich!leider kein Stellplatz, die Außenfassade könnte nochmal einen Anstrich vertragen, dann wĂŒrde es deutlich besser von außen aussehen

Sehr sauber und als Ausgangspunkt perfekt

In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und es war alles sehr sauber.Die Wohnung ist in einem riesigen Hochhauskomplex der von aussen sehr mitgenommen und ungepflegt wirkt.Von innen war alles aber sehr gepflegt. Leider stand uns kein eigener Parkplatz zur VerfĂŒgung obwohl es in dem riesigen GebĂ€ude StellplĂ€tze und Tiefgarage gab. Wir mussten jeden Tag einen Parkplatz im Wohngebiet suchen. Zur Hochsaison mit Sicherheit nicht einfach.

Une semaine agrĂ©able dans cette station balnĂ©aire oĂč tout commerce est Ă  proximitĂ© sans avoir Ă  utiliser son vĂ©hicule. Appartement trĂšs correct dans rĂ©sidence calme avec un confort de couchage exceptionnel. Stationnement gratuit mais trĂšs trĂšs difficile Ă  trouver. Une rĂ©servation de stationnement dans l'enceinte de la rĂ©sidence serait un plus. Le systĂšme d'Ă©vacuation des toilettes est Ă  revoir !...

Bel endroit, bel appartement

L'immeuble offre le plus beau point du vue sur la mer et le quai de la croix, Ă  l'image du Centre Beaubourg pour Paris. L' appartement, Ă  la dĂ©coration vintage, est tres coquet et confortable et d'une remarquable propretĂ©. Le spectacle est Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ! La literie est confortable. Seul petit problĂšme, l'absence de parking. Le stationnement est gratuit mais les places sont trĂšs chĂšres au point d'hesiter Ă  prendre sa voiture pour ne pas perdre sa place. Petite prĂ©cision, les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournies, mais l'hotesse en propose Ă  la location. Concarneau est une jolie petite ville portuaire, oĂč le tourisme est familial et populaire. De trĂšs bon restaurants, des bonnes crĂȘperies et le fabuleux festival des filets bleus. Une belle semaine.

Ein Appartement mit einer tollen Aussicht

Die Wohnung war vollstĂ€ndig im 80-iger Jahrestil eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen KĂŒchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Der Balkon war nicht sauber + bedarf einer grĂŒndlichen Sanierung. Er war eigentlich wenig einladend. Leider gab es auf dem Parkplatz des Appartementhauses keinen Stellplatz, so dass man jeweils weiter einen Parkplatz suchen musste. Etwas sehr mĂŒhsam, wenn GepĂ€ck transportiert werden musste. An dieser Situation konnte auch die nette u. sehr hilfsbereite Verwalterin, Helene, nichts Ă€ndern.

Tolle Unterkunft

Ein wirklich schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage in Concarneau. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung sind Restaurants, BĂ€cker, SupermĂ€rkte und StrĂ€nde sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Helene ist ein tolle Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.
