A cozy cabin near the Frio River with the perfect night sky for star-gazing. This 2 bdrm/2 bath cabin sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, and is situated on its own one-acre lot with lots of trees to offer you privacy during your stay. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds. Full bathrooms are attached to both rooms. Stackable washer and dryer is in the bathroom off the living area/2nd bedroom. Futons are in the living room to accommodate 2 more guests. This is perfect for a getaway to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Very clean cabins. Kitchens had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It just happened that my entire family was together over the 4th of July weekend so very grateful we had eachother while listening to the Guadalupe devastation. I highly recommend Frio Acres Cabins!

Good Location- to walk across to Frio River to stay in an area and float. River not flowing now (nothing to do with the property owner - : ) ) Easy 10 minute drive to Garner State Park Our first time to drive across Texas to try to float the Frio. We were not able to float due to "no flow" very low in spots- lots of walking with tubes on slippery rocks. The place was well-kept, nice, and quiet. No wi-fi for us but that is ok when "getting away". Nice owners as well.
