Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, patio, pergola, terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Vue exceptionnelle Situation pour visite parfaite (Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Aiguilles, Trois piscines, Restaurant Pacha, Superette, 3 plages magnifiques, ...) Service sur place top. Propriétaire très présent, aimable et serviable. Infrastructure très bien pour 9 personnes, cuisine extérieur extra.
