On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The ground floor hosts 2 of the 4 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and features a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool; the second bedroom is fitted with 3 beds and similarly includes a shower, WC, and air conditioning.

On the upper floor, the remaining 2 bedrooms continue the same standard of comfort. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, a shower and WC, air conditioning, and access to a private terrace.
