Le Mas de Liam - Maison de plain-pied climatisée

Settle into an authentic 19th-century farmhouse, completely renovated, in the heart of the charming village of Comps. This spacious, air-conditioned, single-storey accommodation (95 m²) can accommodate up to four guests in a warm atmosphere where the stone walls tell the story of the place.

The large living room, enhanced by old stone feeding troughs, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. Two beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room complete this truly comfortable retreat. Just 150 metres away, the greenway allows you to safely reach the Pont du Gard on foot or by bike, along a peaceful and pleasant route.

The 150 m² garden, shaded by a majestic 200-year-old plane tree, is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet, share a meal or savour the mild southern evenings. An authentic, peaceful and inspiring place to experience Provence as we love it. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.

The house is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine (all capsules), kettle, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful shared enclosed garden of 150 m²
- Terrace with furniture (table and garden furniture) and barbecue to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Comps, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.

The greenway is 150 metres away, connecting directly to the Pont du Gard 17 km away

It was a very nice place to spend a few days while visiting Provence. It is centrally located if you have a car you can drive to all the nearby things to see. The ac worked well by American standards. If you crank it you will be cold. The beds were firm but good. The owners are really nice and are there to assist in any way but don’t bother you. If there are any drawbacks it is the limited hot water. There is a note in the information about that but it wasn’t that big of a deal after we realized the first night. Parking is easy, 10ft from the front door. The washer worked well. There is a dishwasher too which is nice. We stayed 3 nights. I am leery of staying in a place too long in case it is a dud but this place was not. I would not hesitate to return again. I would easily stay a week in the future. I have not stayed in a nicer place than this for the price.

Nous avons été tout simplement ravis par l’appartement. Spacieux, lumineux, moderne et bien équipé. Grande cour privée. Environnement bucolique et apaisant. Quoi espérer de mieux ? Nos hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse. L’emplacement dans la commune de Comps, au coeur du triangle Arles-Nîmes-Avignon, s’est avéré bien pratique pour se déplacer facilement en Provence.

De host was vriendelijk, sprak Engels en zorgde ervoor dat alles naar onze zin was. De woning heeft airconditioning en beschikt over een bbq. Van beide hebben we dankbaar gebruik gemaakt.

Mas de Liam Le logement est absolument magnifique. Correspond tout a fait aux photos , on sy sent comme chez soi. Il est tres fonctionnel, décoré de facon sublime et très bien pensé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont adorables , bienveillants et a l'écoute. Tres réactifs et présents si besoin. C'est rassurant aussi de les savoir pas loin dans etre intruisif chez eux et vice versa. Cet endroit mérite d'être connu et la région regorge de pepites à visiter. Merci a noq hôtes de nous avoir accueilli avec leurs sourires, leur gentilesse et leur disponibilité.
