This pretty holiday home lies in a 1200-sq-mt plot, at the gate of the Natural Park of Sierras de Tejeda y Almijara. Therefore, the peace and quietness you’ll experience here are second to none. You should choose to spend your holidays at this villa if you’re looking forward to relaxing and connecting with nature, as the holiday home is completely surrounded by olive yards as far as the eye can see. Plus, you won’t have to give up modern-day comforts, as this villa is provided with everything to make you feel at home. This house is definitely the ideal place to spend some time with your beloved ones, and an ideal starting point to discover the region.

To access to this one-storey villa, you’ll have to descent a wooden-beam staircase located between two centenary olive trees. In fact, the olive trees that surround the property have been maintained as an acknowledgement of their importance for the owner of what was once only a store-room.

The interior of the house is provided with a cosy living area that comprises of a living room with a wood-burning stove and TV with free Astra broadcasting international channels, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen provided with a dining area. A step leads off into the area where the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the bathroom with shower are located. The house is provided with warm/cool air-conditioning in the living room, to keep the temperature as you please during the whole duration of your stay.

The outdoor area welcomes an oval-shaped private pool, and a gorgeous olive tree under whose shadow you can relax. The poolside sun loungers provided also allow you to relax, and sunbathe as much as you want. The covered dining area located near the barbeque is the ideal place to enjoy mouth-watering meals and share unforgettable moments with your beloved ones. The cosy sun terrace is also worth mentioning, which you can access thanks to a staircase, as you can sunbathe in complete privacy, or enjoy the starry sky during the warm summer evenings. From here, you can also enjoy the fields that extend as far as the eye can see, which are covered with pine forests, traditional crops, and cultivated fields of avocadoes and mangoes.

The house is also provided with a private parking shielded from the outside thanks to a sliding metal door and the cypress trees that provide the privacy needed.
