This oasis in the middle of nature will be your holiday’s ideal destination. Surrounded by lush vegetation, your relaxation will be accompanied by singing birds and the sound of the wind blowing through the tree branches.

The snug living area is provided with everything to convert this villa in your home away from home. The wooden furniture and the fireplace remind of the typical countryside holiday villas, whereas the modern touches spread throughout the room are the details that make this house unique (among them, the warm/cool air-con and a TV broadcasting international channels). The dining-living room leads off into the completely equipped open kitchen, located near the main entrance. The villa features two bedrooms, which are furnished with comfortable beds, granting you regenerating nights of sleep. One bedroom is provided with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the third bedroom with one single bed and one extra bed: therefore, up to six people can spend their holidays at this villa. The house also features a bathroom with bathtub.

The dreamlike outdoor area seems to have been taken from a fairy-tale. Sheltered with branches and leaves, an outdoor dining area will let you make the most of the outdoor porch; from it, a path through pebbles and gravel will lead you to the oval-shaped private pool, surrounded by thick and lush vegetation and practical sun loungers. A terrace on the other side of the villa provides views of the surrounding hills, which you can take revel in while having a drink or cooking on the barbeque.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings

The well equipped villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and my family loved the pool. It is halfway between Torrox costa, a great beach and the pretty town of Competa. Antonio, the owner is very helpful too.

Schönes Haus mit schöner Terrasse. Alles da was man braucht. Einige Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen. Schöner Pool, der auch von der Straße einsehbar ist. Ein Sonnenschirm fehlt am Pool. Die Zufahrt ist mit größeren Autos etwas schwierig. Die Lage ist gut wenn man etwas abseits des Massentourismus sein möchte und dennoch ist man schnell in Nerja. Malaga ca. 45 Minuten. Durch die Lage in den Hügeln hat man eine tolle Aussicht.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es gab im Vorfeld eine sehr detaillierte Lagebeschreibung und auch der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge an die Costa del Sol sowie nach Competa und andere, in den Bergen liegende, Städtchen. Leider wurden wir morgens von dem wirklich lautstarken Bellen der Nachbar's Hunde geweckt. Auch tagsüber kam es regelmäßig zu Ruhestörungen durch die Hunde, wenn wir ein Sonnenbad am Pool genossen haben. Insgesamt könnte das Grundstück etwas mehr Pflege vertragen, sei es in Hinblick auf die Bepflanzung sowie eine unvollendete Baustelle kurz vor dem Haus, die das Panorama auf das Haus und die umliegenden Berge etwas trübt. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Schöne Finca wie auf den Bildern, leider ist der Außenbereich nicht wirklich gepflegt. In unserem Fall lagen Baumaterialien im Eingangsbereich. Ein neuer Anstrich würde Wunder bewirken, Der Streifen Erde / Schlamm zwischen Pool und Kunstrasen ist sehr störend. Die Eigentümer haben zwei Hunde die stundenlang bellen, sobald die Eigentümer nicht anwesend sind. Meist ab 7:30. Der Zwinger der Hunde ist direkt neben der Terrasse. Antonio ist ein aufmerksamer Vermieter, welcher jederzeit erreichbar ist und kleinere Reparaturen sofort in Angriff nimmt.

Wir haben einen Familienausflug gemacht und das Fazit ist, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus war makellos und perfekt ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus stellte uns der Eigentümer ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl für unser Baby zur Verfügung. Der Zugang von der Straße aus erfolgt über einen schmalen Feldweg, aber der Weg zum Haus ist sehr, sehr kurz. Es liegt in einer idealen Gegend, um sich auszuruhen und die Natur zu genießen. Darüber hinaus erreichen Sie mit dem Auto alle Arten von Dienstleistungen in 10 Minuten und den Strand in 20 Minuten. Die Farm könnte ordentlicher und sichtbarer sein, aber ich vermute, dass der trockene Moment, den wir gerade erleben, auch Einfluss darauf hat. Abschließend war die Behandlung und Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer perfekt, super zugänglich und für alle Fragen und Probleme erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus, ruhig, sauber, schönes Schwimmbad mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Ein Auto ist für Einkäufe oder sonstiges unerlässlich und die Zufahrt zum Haus ist noch etwas beschwerlich (in den Bergen also viele Kurven) aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das macht den Charme Andalusiens aus. Stellen Sie Produkte oder andere Mittel gegen Mücken bereit, da diese sehr präsent sind und Ihren Aufenthalt verderben können.

Wir reisen als Paar mit zwei Kindern. Wir haben einige tolle Tage im Haus und auf dem Bauernhof verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, mit allem Komfort, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Veranda des Hauses bietet auch viel Platz, um alle Mahlzeiten im Freien unter dem Weinstock und mit herrlichem Blick auf die Hügel zuzubereiten. Auch die Sonnenuntergänge am Pool sind sehr schön. Es ist ein Bauernhof voller Obstbäume, Rosensträucher, Geranien, viele Arten gepflegter Bäume. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und die Erwachsenen auch. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, da es in der Nähe Städte im Landesinneren wie Cómpeta und Frigiliana mit viel Charme gibt und andererseits in Städten wie Torrox und Nerja die Küste daneben liegt. Letztere hat kristallklare Wasserstrände und wunderschöne Buchten. Antonio war zu jeder Zeit sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse, mit großer Freundlichkeit und es zeigt, dass ihm seine Arbeit Spaß macht. Ohne Zweifel ein Ort, um zurückzukehren.
