The flat, located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift, is characterised by furnishings in warm colours and a large window that make the environment welcoming and bright. The entrance opens onto a convenient hallway with a mirror and an open wardrobe where you can store clothing. On the left, guests will find the living/sleeping area, furnished with a double bed, TV unit, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.

The square also hosts the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art. Finally, it is recommended to climb up to visit the village of Brunate, accessible by a funicular railway, symbol of the city, from which you can admire an evocative panorama around the Art Nouveau style residences.

What a Gem!!

Was totally surprised when I opened the door to this studio. WOW! This studio is very spacious with a spiral staircase. Beautifully presented, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. Well positioned to train station - an easy walk. Great restuarants, hotels & choice of eating places close by & well stocked supermarket - all within short walk. I would definitely stay here again if I was travelling. A BIG thankyou to Luis for your assistance getting me sorted after leaving my phone at home with all of my travel details on it.... :)

Eine gute Freundin und ich haben eine knappe Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, sauber und in einem gepflegten Hinterhof gelegen. Der Bahnhof S. Giovanni war fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, was perfekt für unsere Anreise aus Mailand war. Außerdem gab es in der Nähe auch einen Lidl, was sich ebenfalls als sehr praktisch erwies. Auch die Innenstadt und der Hafen waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Statt der Schlafcouch war bei uns tatsächlich ein Doppelbett vorhanden. Als wir ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage hatten, war eine Mitarbeiterin von Wonderful Italy direkt erreichbar und kam auch spontan vorbei, um sich das ganze anzuschauen. Das einzige etwas umständliche war, dass alle Mails sowie die Website zum Check-In auf Italienisch waren. Die Übersetzungsfunktion vom iPhone hat nicht alles sinnvoll übersetzt, was den Check-In anstrengend gemacht hat. Auch die Whatsapp Nachrichten des Unternehmens kamen auf Italienisch. Hier fände ich es super, wenn es eine Funktion geben würde, um das ganze beispielsweise auf Englisch umstellen zu können. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt echt schön. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke! :)
