Alguns aspectos Negativos:
1 - Uma escadaria longa, ingrime e insegura para chegar no terceiro andar. O acesso é muito dificil para que esta com malas e tem dificuldade de locomoção.
2 - O banheiro é pequeno e desconfirtave, o vaso sanitario fica num canto apertado e o box de vanho é de.dificil acesso. Pessimo para quem tem mais se um.metro e meio de altuta.
