Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Received a text 3 hours before check in that I had to pay an extra 150 euro that had not been included in the original price. They said that there had been a glitch in the system, however for me to find this out on my way to the accommodation having travelled from Ireland to be told that they wouldn't stand over the booking is absolutely disgusting. They then informed that it was up to me to sort the issue out giving me the number of Expedia Italy whom i called however as i CANT speak Italian was unable to understand anything from the automated phone call. When i informed MG Homes of this the told me to invite Expedia.IT into a WhatsApp group whom i am still waiting a response from. So i was left high and dry in Como with no accommodation, on a Sunday afternoon. All i got from them was worthless apologies via text. Totally unprofessional gave me no options but pay the extra or tough. They took no responsibility in the situation they left me in. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for my wife so much for that.
