The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, right in the centre of Como near all the shops and restaurants. And the cathedral was just around the corner. The ‘My Home in Como’ team who we liaised with were very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Como.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We liked the location - it was near restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was an easy walk to como cathedral and lake Como. To improve our stay we would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms and a more comfortable sofa in the living area.

We were on the 2nd floor but it was 52 steps up 4 flights of stairs. There were no remotes for the air conditioning, and the chairs in the sitting area were very rickety and uncomfortable. I did reach out to the property and heard back. They came by with supplies but we were leaving the next day.

Ca commence très mal, ça fini bien.

Le processus d’accueil n’est pas complet tant que l’on n’a pas acquitté la taxe de séjour, ce dont on est prévenu que le jour même d’arrivée. Le montant n’est pas élevé et importe peu, mais cela ne donne pas la priorité à l’accueil client, de sorte que nous n’avons reçu la procédure de récupération des clefs qu’une fois sur place et par téléphone (gros stress). Un très mauvais pour pour “Angelica”. Pour le reste, l’hébergement est très bien à tout points de vue.
