The property was very good , it’s 94 steps but that wasn’t a problem for us and we knew that when we booked , the location was perfect for us nice and quiet when you’re in the apartment so sleep wasn’t a problem , stepped out of the door to a lovely walk around to shops and restaurant all on your doorstep, the only thing that we got very nervous about was the communication we weren’t given the key code until the day we were travelling to the property so we were worried about Wi-Fi and we had to chase this through Expedia, told it was 24 hours before and that didn’t happen , we had to do a video call with the host to confirm our identity on the morning of us travelling to the apartment which turned out fine in the end!

The property was exactly as described! It’s in a perfect location, walkable to almost everything! Great space & amazing patio. The hosts were accessible and accommodating. There are 5-6 flights of stairs as advertised. They are no joke with heavy luggage but I promise the climb is worth it

Little gem in the centre of Como

You couldn't wish for anything else to be provided. Everything you could think of was there. Great location for shops, bars and restaurants. However, almost 100 steps to get to the apartment, which for us was fine, others may struggle. Would recommend a stay if in Como.

Acomodação muito boa, o espaço do apartamento muito bom. 98 degraus de escadas. O banheiro era espaçoso, porém o boxe de tomar banho muito pequeno . Mas no geral muito bom .

Très satisfaits de notre séjour, l'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied du lac de Côme et en pleine zone piétonne, terrasse spacieuse et privative qui offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Au rang des points négatifs, il faut signaler que l'appartement se trouve au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. A notre arrivée il nous a également été signalé que la machine à laver était en panne. De façon plus mineure, la télévision ne recevait aucun signal. Enfin, on peut regretter l'absence de porte entre le séjour et la chambre. Pour le reste, l'appartement est plutôt confortable et idéal pour un séjour en couple, de plus très calme malgré le fait qu'il soit situé en pleine zone commerciale, et c'est justement un autre atout car il y a énormément de restaurants et des magasins tout autour! Recommandé👍

Belle terrasse, appartement bien isolé au calme en dépit de l’activité dans la rue, très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire vital. Seul reproche: matelas un peu dur.
