Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Wouldn’t Recommend staying here!

Stove top didn’t work. It was cold and there was no way to turn on the heat. Information given for internet incorrect. Towels put behind washer. Couldn’t get dishwasher to work. Information on thermostat incorrect. TV didn’t turn on. Stains on Blankets. Pretty expensive for limited amenities. We have stayed in Como 4 times and this was the worst experience we have had.
