Lovely small chalet, all mod cons yet with charming ambience

The chalet was perfect for 4 or 5 adults. The third double bedroom was a little too small and cosy for two adults sharing. Charming rustic decor and ambience, with lovely touches like unusual candles; kitchen beautifully equipped - even a salad spinner - all appliances were top quality. Integral garage with automatic door was a boon. Loved the location, close to the village, but be aware the pretty garden is not enclosed and near the road. Only problem was the mix-up over our arrival time. The caretaker had got our arrival date mixed up, and when we arrived we had to wait an hour while she cleaned. However, she was very apologetic and the chalet was spotlessly clean.

5 étoiles ; parfait sur toute la ligne !Le chalet d'abord. Difficile de retranscrire notre émerveillement à l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée. Tout simplement magnifique. Chalet type Savoyard, admirablement rénové avec goût authentique et équipements de qualité. Tout est beau ; rien ne manque. Chaque élément invite à la quiétude et au cocooning. Dans un confort moderne où rien ne manque ; même pour des ados du XXIème siecle branchés au numérique. Un havre de paix, blottis dans le canapé face au poêle à bois. Sans verser dans l'annonce immobilière, une simple description du lieu : 3 chambres magnifiques, avec chacune son WC. 2 Sdb équipées. Vaste cuisine toute équipée ; de haute qualité. Pour l'aspect pratique, grand garage fermé en sous sol pour 2 voitures (ça passe en SUV avec coffre de toit !!). Vaste sas pour déposer équipements de ski pour toute la famille. Et grande buanderie attenante avec lave linge, étendoir, table et fer à repasser...Et absolument rien ne manque ; rien !Venez juste avec vos valises.Le site : majestueux !! Terrasse pleine vue dans l'axe du Mont Blanc. Une Pépite !!! Et un village, Combloux, authentique, plein de charme, contrastant avec sa voisine Megève. Mais je ne vous spoile pas ; je vous laisse le decouvrir par vous même.Enfin, un grand merci à Mme la gérante pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre disponibilité afin de répondre à nos demande d'agenda et de timing.En résumé un sejour au delà de nos attentes qui ne demande qu'à être renouvellé

Chalet raffiné

Vieux chalet remis à neuf il y a quelques années.Les plus: décoration intérieure et extérieure raffinée, éléments de confort (chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain ou salle de douche avec WC pour les deux à l’étage, WC au rez-de-chaussée non loin pour la 3ème, chauffe-serviettes, ski-room, vaste buanderie, 2 escaliers extérieurs et un intérieur, garage 2 places, cuisine bien équipée,….), la vue est fantastique (Mont-Blanc compris), centre du village à 3’ à pied, accès des pistes (Princesse) à moins de 10’ en voiture.Les moins: les deux chambres du haut sont basses de plafond, sous combles, avec des poutres accueillantes pour les têtes distraites, aucun rangement dans la chambre 2 à l’étage (hormis la poutre sus-dite…), la route devant le chalet est assez passante, pas de sèche-linge dans la pourtant vaste buanderie.Plusieurs espaces en bas pourraient accueillir un sauna et un jacuzzi…

Très bon séjour, beau chalet à l’ancienne

Vue magnifique face au Mont Blanc, chalet proche du centre de Combloux. Équipement assez complet, le garage est spacieux et disponible pour grande voiture. Route en contrebas assez fréquentée mais cela n’a pas nui à notre séjour. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil et au propriétaire !

A nice stay in Combloux

The chalet is very nice, practical and cosy. Three separate bedrooms and bathrooms makes it very practical and the common area with the kitchen, dining table and lounge area is perfect for hanging out and cooking together, makes it all very cosy. Also the space in the basement to store skis and boots is very practical. The only negative thing is that the beds are very narrow for 2 fully grown adults or teenagers. And finally the location on FeWo said Megeve but it is in fact Combloux. There is even a map online that shows a location very close to a main lift which is completely wrong. Overall we were anyway very happy and could really consider to come back.

Expérience décevante !

A notre arrivée, nous avons été un peu surpris. Premièrement, le chalet est plus petit que décrit dans l'annonce. Il fait 120 m2 en comptant le garage, l'entrée en bas et la buanderie. Le reste fait donc au minimum 40 m2 de moins. Ensuite, il devrait y avoir du Wi-Fi, mais cela ne fonctionne pas (le propriétaire a proposé de nous rembourser la location d'une boîte à l'office du tourisme) mais comme il n'y a pas de 4G non plus, ça n'aurait servi à rien ; le bain à remous est une baignoire normale ; la machine à laver le linge est antique et essore à peine. Les lits sont des doubles et un queen (pour grands et très grand) ce ne sont pas des queen et King comme il est écrit dans la version en anglais mais deux doubles et un queen). Nous ne reviendrons pas, dommage l'endroit est plutôt joli mais l'annonce mensongère et du coup, cela ne vaut pas ce prix !

Un vrai chalets savoyard douillet

Le chalet K;Boche est en effet un vrai chalet savoyard. La décoration est de bon goût, locale et de qualité comme les équipements électroménagers de la cuisine. La literie est très confortable , chaque chambre a sa salle de bain avec les toilettes (dont une avec les toilettes séparés). Attention aux poutres au 1er étage, mais c'est inévitable dans beaucoup de chalets. Une route passe juste devant la maison avec pas mal de passages surtout le matin et le soir mais sans trop de gêne. 2 chalets sont tout près, mais la végétation fait écran et nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance de voisinage pendant notre séjour. Un point positif : 2 grands garages très accessibles depuis la route. Nous étions en face du Mont Blanc avec une belle terrasse, un coin pour l'apéritif et possibilité de faire un barbecue. Le chalet est situé à 15' maximum à pied du centre de Combloux. Nous y avons passé 15 jours à 4 adultes en août 2022. Beaucoup d'activités sont accessibles en peu de temps pour les petits comme pour les grands (luge d'été, parapente, le lac du biotop, thermes de Saint Gervais, Megève, visite de granit, plein de randonnées...). A ce propos attention aux randonneurs : les indications ne sont pas toujours très précises ! Pour information, l'accueil se fait dans une agence de Combloux pour récupérer clés et wifi. Charmantes personnes. Allez-y sans hésiter, vous serez émerveillé par la vue et ravi de passer un séjour dans un beau chalet confortable.
