Very comfortable room

Room was updated and modern with many extras. Staff was very helpful, super friendly, and thoughtful. The room was $80 less than closest competitor. Lots of thoughtful amenities went into the room from flower head shower to first aid kit to coffee and tea to doggie treats and tennis ball to huge flatscreen tv to remote control for heater/cooler to microwave and fridge with a separate freezer on top to toothbrushes to good smelling shampoo and conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the attention to detail i everything. It was a painless checkin and checkout process with a dog park area.

It was pretty good and clean for a cheaply priced room but they definitely didn’t have soundproof rooms and a memory foam mattress like the details of the room said they did. We had the room with one queen bed. There also wasn’t a coffee maker in the room like places usually provide and there was a sign at the front desk saying coffee is provided from 7am-11am. It also wasn’t a problem for us but if someone’s needing to sleep during the day the curtains aren’t blackout curtains like they usually are so just some things to keep in mind

This was a one night stay. It was an average motel, but pet-friendly which we appreciated. There was some problem with getting hot water into the unit, but that was dealt with with no further problems.

The staff was super helpful. I book a room that had to many stairs for my disabled son and they were able to put us in the cottage. it worked out really good for us. it was super clean. I'd defiantly go back.

Our unit appeared to be recently remodeled, and it was very comfortable and well done. The location was great, and we could walk to all the restaurants in the business district. The staff was friendly and helpful. Chewelah is a cute small town.

Bad choice.

Room was barely acceptable. Shower and bathroom were unclean and cramped. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was working well. Cannot recommend and will not stay again.
