Very comfortable, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, located just 5 minutes walk from the famous Colva Beach. Ideal for families or groups of 2-3 people who are looking to spend quality time together in a relaxing beachside environment. In the complex you will find a clean, well-maintained pool and gym with modern equipment. Within a 200m radius, you will find many provision stores, fresh vegetable & fruit shops, restaurants, nightclubs, car/bike rentals, and other activity providers.
The space
This is a 1 bedroom furnished apartment with AC bedrooms and hall,TV, Fridge, power backup, functional kitchen, water purifier, hot water geyser, LED TV, induction, electric kettle , etc.
TV has TATA sky Ultra pack connection with HD, so all the channels are subscribed that come in India i.e. more than 350 channels. You can enjoy channels like HBO, Discovery, etc in HD at no extra cost.
The house has a 100 MPs unlimited internet wifi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking.
It is 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has swimming pool and park view.
