The main level features a cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, and first-floor bedroom. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a renovated full bath. Enjoy restful nights on brand-new Helix mattresses. The home is pet-friendly with a fenced backyard and includes a converted basement bonus room for additional space.



The Space:

Our home is a charming, lovingly restored 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on the west side of Columbus, with an additional 4th sleeping space in the finished basement bonus room. Whether you're staying for a few days or a few months, the home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience.



Located approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Columbus and OSU, with easy access to many parts of the city. The home sits on a quiet street just a few blocks from a school and offers driveway parking for up to 3 cars.



Upon arrival, you'll enter through the beautiful arched doorway into a spacious living room designed for relaxing with family and friends. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available for those working remotely.



The dining room flows into the kitchen and eat-in breakfast area. The first-floor bedroom is conveniently located near the half bathroom and features a full-size bed and mounted TV.



Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and mounted TV, along with another bedroom featuring a queen bed. The second floor also includes a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and subway tile.



The finished basement bonus room provides a 4th sleeping space, making the home a great option for families, groups, or longer stays needing additional sleeping arrangements.



Step outside and enjoy the fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or spending time with your group.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to our entire home.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
