The space
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

Really enjoyed the overall stay at the property. Cleanliness was good. The couch was much more comfortable than the other unit I stayed in. Just a few things that needed remedied. The bed was very squeaky and the hand soap in bathroom was just water. The string lights outside did not work. And even though there is no smoking of any sort allowed at property the lower level constantly smells like pot. I don’t mind the smell but just wanted others to know if looking to stay here. I would stay here again.
