As former residents who've relocated to California with our little one, we've ensured that our home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for families with young children.

Step inside to discover two recently remodeled full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and style for your group. The spacious backyard beckons with propane grill, perfect for cooking meats for the whole group. We also have ample patio seating, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying evening gatherings around the fire. Let the kids run free and play yard games while you unwind, or take advantage of the large garage, which can accommodate two cars and also features workout equipment for those who want to stay active during their stay.

We also offer one street parking. we will need your license plate state and number so we can add you to the city's digital parking system. There is not a dedicated spot but you'll be permitted to park in the zoned area surrounding the home. Please pay close attention to Parking Signs and do not block wheelchair access ramps.

Inside, the fun continues with a plethora of games for the whole family to enjoy. The recently remodeled kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with an extensive coffee bar, modern appliances and ample space for preparing delicious meals. For added convenience, a first-floor washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.

Relax in the cozy sitting room, complete with a record player and a stylish bar cart, perfect for mixing up your favorite drinks and enjoying some tunes after a day of exploring the neighborhood.

Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable bedding and mattresses to ensure a peaceful nights rest. We have also included plenty of amenities for small children, such as: toddler toys, high chair, pack and play crib with sheets and plenty of children's plates/utensils for eating.

The home is walkable to the University area and Short North and if you're going a little further, Uber and Lyft are easy to obtain as are E-Scooters and E-Bikes!
