This is a spacious 2,400 square foot private 3 Bed & 2.5 Bath home perfect for families or 6 guests. Located in a very quite neighborhood about two-minutes from I-70, guests will have easy access to downtown Bexley, downtown Columbus, the airport, The Ohio State University, Children's Hospital and surrounding areas.

Furnished with stylish mid-century modern pieces and delightful décor, this space offers ample areas for guests to hang out and relax; large dining area, modern sitting room, TV room, and very private back patio. Three bedrooms are upstairs: master bedroom with full bath, two bed rooms (one queen and one twin) with full bath in hallway. In addition there is a fully stocked large kitchen, grill outside, access to garage if needed and laundry in the basement.
