The apartment is located right in the center of downtown Columbus along the Columbus Commons. Dispute several bars and restaurants within walking distance, the area is very calm and peaceful after work hours. The area is patrolled by security 24/7.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect home base while in town for a conference. It was a straight shot walk up High Street to the conference hotel, with lots of restaurants and bars for dinner on the walk back. The state house grounds next door are beautiful, and it's also a nice walk over to the art museum. The apartment itself is great; it's spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bonus: when everyone else at the conference hotel was dealing with a takeover by a youth volleyball tournament on the last couple nights, I had a wonderfully quiet retreat :)

We were in town for a job training I needed to attend. Therefore a place with a home comfy feel for our 10 month daughter was ideal. This place was clean an overall comfy stay!

It was okay

This was our first time staying in a place like this and it wasn’t the greatest. The location was great and the apartment was nice a place but it could have been better. Checking in was easy and the parking garage wasn’t too bad of a walk. The cleanliness of the place was terrible. The bedding was filthy as well as all the dishes and the appliances. I personally had to wash all the bedding and the dishes. I tried contacting the property manager but I never received a response back. The property stated there was a blender so if you plan on making smoothies bring your own. The overall stay was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again because of how dirty everything was.

Great apartment with a great view

The adjustment was perfectly clean and comfortable. Check in was only difficult because you have to go into the apt building to get the key and parking pass, but parking on the street is restricted at different times in the day. But the owner is responsive and very helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay.
