Took off only 1 star because the place had a lot of redeeming aspects and a lot of the negatives were more related to the management company and not the place itself or the owner. Questions were answered very quickly but it wasn't always clear or the right information. One example with check in... Before I booked, I messaged about parking access since we travel heavy with young kids. If not listed in the description, since I made a point to ask, we could have been made aware that the parking garage pass probably has not worked for some time. The biggest annoyance was when I reached out asking about supplies provided, I was told extra blankets could be requested. I did that 6 days prior to our trip, was told to message a reminder at least 1 day prior, I sent one 2 days before and received confirmation. Zero extra blankets provided upon arrival; we went out and purchased our own, it seemed easier than reaching out to an absentee management company given the time we arrived. Despite these things, the place was very clean, SMELLED clean, and felt welcoming. I wish some of the info was more up front for guests but ultimately if I needed to be in the area and now having familiarity with the place, I would stay here again.
