Do you need a room to stay in to do more interesting things in the Columbus area? Are you a strapped college student, young professional, or frugally minded individual who will sacrifice some cleanliness and amenities for cheap rates? Then this is the hotel for you. The hotel is completely smoke-free, but my room smelled like trapped farts and cigarette smell lingered in the bathroom--lucky we brought our own room spray. Found small hairs in odd places, such as on newly "cleaned" sheets, I hope they were clean anyway. The sheets smelled clean, but I can't explain those eyebrow-like hairs. Overall room was 90% clean but not a very thorough job. Found grime on microwave, chairs, and pop can under the dresser that wasn't mine. I paid $65 through a promotion, but had I paid the original rate of $80+ I may have complained. I used to work at a hotel, and still find them to be all somewhat grimy, that said, I saved $65-$100 by staying here and avoiding the other overpriced places in town. This was more of a motel experience with an apartment style kitchen. They have a grab and go breakfast area, with coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, and mini-muffins. However, the money you save can buy you a decent lunch later. I was also located on the ground floor, and I feel these rooms may be heavily booked for discount rates, and were well worn. The staff was very friendly, and the front desk man Willis was very professional. Hotels are all gross and necessary evils. Would I have felt better to pay $130-150 a night for a room that was cleaned slighly more? No. That said, if I could do it again, I'd look for a hotel near Ashland or some nearby town for a cheaper rate for a nicer hotel. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 experience, but money was saved.

When I checked in their 800agent booked me to be in IN and OH on the same night. Called help desk they said they couldnt do anything about THEIR MISTAKE. I informed the desk agents i was traveling with a band so i would return late (3am) At 9:45 am the GM who is also the housekeeper and the janitor was beating on my door. I was very angry because I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Her answer was "people leave all the time and leave that on the door?! WHAT??? i was pissed. She actually threatened to call the POLICE on me for her error. I am still appalled. I recorded the whole conversation. So disappointing as this was my chain of choice for my bands travel needs.

The road that conduct to this location is really depressing, you feel like going to sleep on a place for people without house not in a place to work away of your home. This hotel make you feel you need are receiving assisting from some association that help people.

I truly enjoyed the staff. Very welcoming and no hassle. The room was clean and roomy. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower it was very weak. Other than that. Perfect!!!! We will definitely be returning to stay again****

A clean, comfortable room for the night on our way to Nashville. Quiet and safe location, friendly staff. Quick drive to downtown Columbus. We booked a second night for our return from Nashville. Great price, highly recommended.

In the area for a funeral. Very clean. Very quiet even though extremely busy. Good assortment of places to eat nearby. Large facility. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice kitchen and refrigerators in room. Allows you to save money by not always having to eat out, purchase expensive drinks and snacks. Places to store and keep cool. Accepts pets.

I stayed in this hotel for 38 days as I was deputed in a project contract at Columbus, Ohio for 6 months. However I had a mixed experience some good some not to my expectations. However this is actually a motel where newcomers could manage their stay as it provides facilities of studio apartments with kitchen. however there is no in-premise restaurant, dining services or any other room service or other service except common laundry. also the WiFi internet speed is very slow and drops frequently during evening and at night.,

The place is clean, but extremely noisy for someone that has to get up early and take people's lives in my hands. I am here for two months, and probably will have to ask for a quieter room. First night was loud all night. Last night, doors slamming at 12:30 at night. Front desk is loud all hours also.Breakfast is nothing, but I am OK with that part. Not sure why they are allowing all the noise. Also, there are basically no channels on the TV at all. Nice flat screen with nothing to watch.
