This stylish 4-story home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a rooftop patio—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Located just 1 block from High Street and the Short North Arts District, you're steps from top dining, nightlife, and the Convention Center.

We offer a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in experience! While I don’t live on-site, I’m always just a message away if you need anything.

Just like at a hotel, where you provide your ID at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simple—only online! We use a secure system called **Happy Guest**, where you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement and ID verification. Once completed, your arrival instructions will be sent right to you.

You will have the home to yourselves, You will be able to park in the one car garage, driveway or the paid street parking in front of the home.


We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play and high chair. The space is not baby-proofed, however.

Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. Do remember to log out before checking out. There is no antenna for local channels.


We do have a firm cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.

There is no handicap access.

We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities

This urban retreat features four bedrooms, so you can enjoy a unique and relaxing sanctuary at the end of the day. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine and memory foam mattresses.

You’ll find one bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom contains a plush queen-sized bed. You’ll also find a closet with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and travel crib, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a cushy queen-sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and 55" Roku smart TV.

Make your way up to the top floor where you’ll find the rooftop patio with breath taking view of the city.

The pristine bathrooms are the perfect place to get ready for your day on the town! There are two full bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer, fresh towels (including makeup towels), and Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

On the first floor, you’ll find one full bath with a tub/steam shower combo.

The second floor has a half bathroom and exposed brick, adding to the modern charm of the home

Finally, you’ll also find a full bath on the third floor featuring a tiled walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

You’ll find everything you’ll need, including an extensive array of cookware and dish-ware, so you never have to fret about running out of pots, pans, or cooking utensils.
