Poor quality of breakfast

It was a terrible experience. I was bitten by bedbugs and found many roaches. We had to throw away clothes and buy products to disinfect our belongings. I'll have to go to the doctor when I get home tomorrow because the mite bites seem to have become a little infected. bites on the hands, feet and back.

We had bed bugs!!

I first night there I asked for housekeeping well my room they never came so I had to clean and make my bed myself both beds

No maid service at all. Towels smelled and breakfast was a joke

The property was very conveniently located. Had a good breakfast that included sausage patties, biscuits, eggs, and gravy. The front desk staff was always polite and nice. The houekeeping staff always tried to assist when they could and to not interrupt precious time families would be spending together. The entire staff is accustomed to Military personnel, new Army Graduates, and the families of those Graduates. That is why I say they are very attuned to try not interrupt precious time, but still provide any services you may need.

Obviously an older property. Breakfast was terrible. We only ate there one morning out of five days. Keys consistently had to be rekeyed. Office staff said it was always our fault because we kept keys next to our phones. Cleaning staff were wonderful and always responsive to our needs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, The pool was nice and clean, The rooms are decent for the price over all i would definitely recommend Anyone Thanking about Straying in the Columbus Georgia area either for the weekend or for the week Check out this place.

Spacious but not so good with room design. Hard to access especially the bath room.

The pictures were not of that hotel which played a huge role in my decision making and also there were many people lingering around the halls andtgw exterior building which was very unnerving.

Noisy and showing it’s age. About what I should have expected for the price.

I rented a non-smoking room, but it was engulfed in a smoking smell, they changed my room after I requested it only to find the new room had dead coackroaches next to the bed on the nightstand. Not the best in terms of cleanliness for sure
