Clintonville's quiet Northmoor neighborhood is perfect location for families offering countless local restaurants/breweries/bars, vintage shopping, hiking/biking, and Whetstone Park's natural beauty. A home away from home during renovations or visits with family, you are a quick drive to OSU Campus, numerous sporting events, Columbus Convention Center and Short North Arts District

The space
Consider yourself home in this MCM design driven ranch with many original unique features as well as new furniture and appliances throughout. Equipped for comfort and function the house offers a large open living and work space. Feel free to cook and eat at home. Stainless steel appliances flank the granite countertops while highlighting the kitchen's original cabinetry stocked with organic ingredients and green cleaning supplies. Dine in our spacious dining room with seating for six. Sleeping arrangements offer two large bedrooms with plenty of room in both for a pack-n-play and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Finishing up the home are retro styled full and half baths with stocked original linen closet and laundry needs. All linens are provided. High speed internet, WiFi, and keyless entry provide ease of access for your stay. Large backyard available as well as free parking
One should note that great care has been taken in the design, layout, stocking and cleaning of this special home because we care about the health of our planet and its inhabitants. Great place!

Checked all the boxes on our list of needs and wants. Brandy, our host, was super helpful and accommodating. The home was immaculate and stylish. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Excellent!
