Charming 3-bedroom house with fenced in backyard in wonderful Worthington
Centrally located with quick access to all parts of Columbus! Three sizable bedrooms with roomy closets and additional storage throughout . This home also includes a deep yard with a privacy fenced in back yard with patio set and firepit, and patio furniture out front as well to relax and enjoy the neighborhood from the front porch. Lovely living room with gorgeous hardwood floors and lots of natural light with an XL comfortable couch and 55" TV, with an AppleTV. Kitchen has an oven, over the range microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen also is furnished with pottery barn dishes and offers plenty of cabinet and counter space opening to the eating area. An updated full bath with rain showerhead, plenty of towels, and basics provided at move in. Lower level family room includes additional XL couch, table, and second desk/work space as well as newer washer and dryer, half bath, and more storage! Prime location near shops, restaurants, schools, parks, and downtown Old Worthington!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk.
