With a brand new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a fully equipped open-concept layout, it’s ideal for your stay. Plus, a large fenced backyard is perfect for kids and pets! We've also included professional and real-time cleaning images so you know exactly what to expect.

The Space:
House has a garage and driveway for plenty of parking space. Front porch to relax on if you like. Inside, the living area is open concept between kitchen, dining room, and living room with enough table space for 8 people! 50" TV with Roku mounted over fireplace. High speed wifi throughout the home!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This is in a quiet residential community. We love hosting families and traveling professionals, but do not permit parties.


We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
I am currently deployed with the Army, but we have plenty of friends and family in the area that can help if you have any issues. Otherwise, the house should be all set up for you!
