Front desk staff was amazing. Room was dirty and multiple things broken. Stayed in a suite. Door was broken. Housekeeping never attempted clean room on 4 day stay. Advertised as bar and restaurant. Neither were up and running. Outdoor space was not taken care of. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and temperature controller worked well. The TV was nor connected to anything. I called housekeeping and was told there was no one in maintenance there and she would call and let them know. No one ever showed up.

Staff was fine, very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again bc of the room. The carpet was wet in spots. The shower was hit or miss with hot water. After a long day at Fort Jackson, being cold and having a cold, a lukewarm shower was so disappointing. Erin’s could use renovations.

The service was great. Breakfast was also great. It was older and the two things I noticed the most was the smell of a strong perfume type smell not in our room but everywhere else and the fact that our shower was luke warm.

Hotel was very nice. However at checkin was informed that my reward points would be applied to my account. they were not. I contacted the hotel and they informed me would have to contact Wyndham. when i did they said that points could not be applied since i did not book at them. will not be staying with Wyndham again

The front desk staff was nice...the housekeeping is sorry i was gone all day gets back the bed haven't even been touched.thy only made the bed and changed the linens after i left a note on the bed. The next day .it always sounded as if something was in the walls beating on it..the tv remote did not work even after i went to the front desk and got new batteries..not a hotel i would recommend
