First it’s very hard to find it’s in between a Waffle House and a gas station it sits way back off the road. The sign you can’t see from the road. The front desk said they have had all kinds of complaints but they never have done anything about it. The air conditioning did not work in my room just hot air. You sweat to death it’s awful. The free breakfast was a joke.

The room was very clean, organized and a lot of space. The staff was very nice and kind people. Close to the highway, stores, fast food, restaurant and more important for me was Fort Jackson. I recommend this hotel

Ceiling panel to ac unit fell and almost landed on my young childs head. I was told management would contact me. I just wanted an apology or some responsibility taken. I called back a week after check out and still nothing. They are now saying online they have tried contacting me and I have no proof of that. Very frustrating.

The room we initially got was dirty with ants and cigarette burns on the counter, the ice bin was moldy and the bathroom was dirt and the whole room had a very foul odor!!! There was no bar and restaurant as advertised, the breakfast was mediocre. The staff however was very nice and the front desk staff re roomed us after I showed her pictures of the room we were given. The second room was better and they made sure we had clean towels and toiletries daily.
