MAIN HOUSE -

Living Room:
As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll be met with the main living area; our open model style breaths comfort and peace. With comfy seating, a SmartTV, and quick access to the fridge for those midnight snacks, you’ll be glad you chose to stay in our wonderful cozy cottage.

Primary Suite (King) :
To the left of the living area and through the french door is the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, full private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Nearly a home with the home itself, this suite provides you with clean linens, soft bedding, and all you expect for a pleasant stay and restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom Two (Queen):
As excellent as the master bedroom, the second bedroom is the first door on the right in the hallway; bathroom located directly across the way.

With a tub/shower combo and extra toiletries and linens provided, the guests in the spare bedrooms will be well accommodated. Our second bathroom is located in the hallway, across from the second bedroom.

Bedroom Three (Queen):
At the end of the hallway is the third bedroom. Also featuring a queen-sized bed, this bedroom has all the same amenities as the second.

Bedroom Four (Bunk Bed-twin/full):
Opposite the third bedroom, is the last bedroom. Here you’ll find a bunk bed (twin-sized on top on full on bottom), perfect for the kids!

Please note that the driveway to this property is a bit steep, please use your parking brakes when parking.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
