First and foremost, if you're looking for a four bedroom place keep scrolling. This a three bedroom home with the basement living room containing a pull out couch and murphey bed. There is no fourth bedroom. There is also a doggy door that has no way of being closed and flaps in the wind. We walked into a house that had been untouched from the previous guests. The host (Corporate Housing of America) told me the house was cleaned and then followed up letting me know they left laundry detergent for us to use. No beds stripped and no sheets washed, grimey fingerprints on the stove/microwave keypads, dead moths falling out of a light, the house covered in layers of dust, visible cob webs, one toilet had orange mildew growing, and unsure when the floor was last cleaned. The host insisted the house had been cleaned. Once I contacted support they offered to come dust one table and clean out the moths. Communication- they have perfected the automated responses. Other communication they blame the guest for anything and everything. This is the first short term rental I've rented that did not want beds stripped and it makes sense since we had dirty sheets on the beds. Upon doing more research on Corporate Housing of America, the management company managing the property, they have less than ideal reviews. I'd encourage you to cross reference any management company before booking. In seeing other reviews on other sthat aren't five stars the responses from this host show their culture.
